Hi, I'm Charlotte! I'm a 1991 Nissan Figaro designed by award winning designer, Shoji Takahashi and made exclusively for the Japanese market. I'm quite rare, especially here in the United States, as only 20,000 Figaros were ever made! When Nissan unveiled the Figaro at a 1989 Tokyo car show, with the intention of creating this as part of a special project and making a limited quantity of 2K. The response was so overwhelming that Nissan implemented a lottery system and increased production to the 20K that were ultimately created. It's quite a treat to have one available as a photography prop here in the Queen City!
